Welcome to FurEver Newfies!

We are officially in TX!

Transport is an option if you are located out of state.

Our family has enjoyed the Newfoundland breed for well over 15 years. Our adventure started with a big black bear named Teal’c. He brought much happiness and love to our home and everyone who visited. He taught us so much about the breed and how much they care about family. He loved to take walks and play with his laser light. Our second love was a Newfie / Leon-Burger mix named Koda Bear. He stole the heart of everyone he met.

For over five years we had the amazing opportunity to work with our Newfies and kiddos at The Autism Academy for Education and Development. Throughout these years we learned so much more about the breed and the benefit that can come from Newfies in the classroom. We attended outside school events and awareness functions. We were asked to speak to groups and share what we were doing. Watching the students with the dogs and what they could accomplish was incredible.

Everyone at the Autism Academy looked forward to seeing Koda bear as well as some of our other Newfs every week and the furkids looked forward to seeing them. Koda always ran first to the door to get his service dog jacket, he would not be left behind! We never were quite sure who enjoyed the dogs more, the students or the staff!

Teal’c and Koda left us way to soon. It was the love of these two gentle giants that convinced us to pursue our dream of breeding healthy, happy newfs.

We started our quest researching what makes a good quality Newf, what health issues they have, what the standard is and what health testings were recommended. We searched for good reputable breeders, hoping to find one that would help mentor and guide us. We were blessed to find Dyer Lake Newfoundlands. Sarah loves the breed and takes pride as we do in the health and temperament of the puppies produced. Working with her, we gained additional knowledge and well bred dogs to start our program. Our Newfies are bred from good, well tested lines.
Puppies will be UTD on vaccines and worming before going to their new home. They are also vet checked and micro chipped.
We back our puppies with a 1 year health guarantee.
Puppies will come with a starter bag of puppy food a leash and collar.
AKC limited registration, full registration to approved homes.
